Landing Gear Instruments Fuel System Flight Controls Engine Interior

Welcome to Brian's KR2 page.  Things are a little jumbled right now, but I will work on this web site as I have time and will add more pictures and descriptions.

N93PC was purchased in April of 2002.  It was built in Chicago and completed in 1991.  I brought it home for about three months of work before I considered it safe to fly and now a little over a year later it is almost ready.  I have about two to three weeks worth of work remaining.

Latest News!!!

On 9/30/03 I made the first flight in N93PC since I purchased it.   As of 11/17/03 I have about 32 flight hours.

One of my projects was a new paint job.  I went with an american stars and strips theme.  I will be adding somewhat of a trim stripe on the fusalage sides done in red and blue stars.  The hatch on the side was originally for access to the trim servo.  I have manual trim now, but the access is great to have.

The only trim on the plane at all when I bought it was solid red wing tips.  I think this is a lot more eye catching.

This is my side air vent.  It is a rotating vent sold by Aircraft Spruce and Specialty.

Here is the inside of the fusalage behind the seat.  There is a hinge on the bottom of the seat back for access.  Things are a little dusty in there right now.  The bracket is where the ELT goes and the whip antenna is the ELT antenna.  The ELT was removed for now to keep anyone from setting it off accidently.   The diagional strips are my nav antenna.
